Like Craig Gilner, some of us can’t eat or eat too much and can’t sleep or sleep too much. We think we are not doing well in terms of being a functional human.

 

It’s true that there are wounds that might or might not show on the body and are deeper. Sometimes even more hurtful than anything that bleeds. 

 

It’s hard to be there for a loved one who’s depressed, but it sure is one of the kindest, compassionate, empathetic, considerate, generous, understanding (using all the synonyms here, because it’s that important), and the best things you will ever do.
